KidSport Application Process

Health Care or Pensioner Concession card only

Complete the online or hard copy KidSport Application form ( AVAILABLE IN DOCUMENTS )and submit to the local government.
The local government will assess the application, update the KidSport database and if approved validate the voucher.
Once approved, the parent/guardian will receive an email with the outcome of the application and a unique code to give to the club. The local government will also provide a copy of the successful validated voucher.
The Applicant/parent/guardian needs to take the validated voucher and unique code to the chosen sport/recreation club to register.
The Sport/recreation club completes the registration of the applicant and matches the code to the child in the KidSport system. The club can then invoice the local government for the cost of the fees.
